Terms & Conditions

1. Service Provided

  • Subscription provides access to structured lottery datasets (2004–present) and updated stats after each EuroMillions draw (Tuesday & Friday).

  • Subscribers may also receive “Top Picks” based on simulations, mathematical models, and AI analysis.

2. Disclaimer

  • Our service is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee winnings, outcomes, or financial returns.

  • Any numbers provided are based on probabilistic models, not certainties.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.

  • Starter Plan: £89.99 for the first month, then £29.99/month.

  • Commitment Plan: £99.99 upfront (covers 3 months), then £29.99/month.

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT or other sales taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Cancelling your subscription stops future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Digital Goods & Right of Withdrawal

  • By purchasing, you agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately.

  • You acknowledge that this means you waive your statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU/UK law for digital goods.

6. Account & Access

  • Subscribers receive access via the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
